Thoughtfully decorated by Alix Marcaccini, in collaboration with Armand Aubery, Hacienda de San Antonio’s 22 Suites and 3 Grand Suites echo the design and traditions of a large Mexican home. Hand-made wool carpets from Oaxaca, European textiles and art pieces personally collected by the family, give each room a distinctive character. The high ceilings and large French windows invite the outside in, and overstuffed sofas and wood-burning fireplaces create a welcoming retreat for the cooler mountain evenings.

The 22 Suites, with either Garden, Volcano or River views, are warmed by the bright colours and textiles of Mexican design. Spread between the ground and second floors, each Suite opens to a volcanic stone terrace or step out balconies, from which to take in the all-natural surrounds and fresh mountain air. All Suites can be configured as a king or twin for your comfort.

Located on the second floor of the Hacienda, the three Grand Suites each offer ample space, light and spectacular views, whilst taking on individual personalities through Portuguese inspired tiling, Mexican pottery and internationally influenced textiles. The supremely spacious Grand Suites each have a separate living and entertaining space, from which guests can enjoy relaxed evenings by the open fire.
